Does Reiki have to be in person?
No, Reiki can be done in person or at a distance. I’ll let you know when your session begins and then we’ll have a check-in call once the session is complete.

Is there a difference between 1:1 and group sessions?
Yes! In 1:1 sessions, you’ll sit in a zero-gravity chair that transmits gentle vibrations to match the light and sound, adding another level to the experience. For groups, it will only be light and sound.
Can anyone do roXiva?
No. Due to the flashing light, sessions are not recommended for anyone with a history of seizures or epilepsy, pregnant women, or anyone under the age of 21 in case of potential mild side effects.
Is the light intense?
Yes. For 1:1 sessions, we will calibrate the light to your comfort level. For group experiences, it’s recommended that all participants bring sunglasses, as sensitivity to the light will vary.
How do I prepare for my session?
Do not consume any alcohol or recreational drugs within 48 hours of your session.

1:1 Healy Sessions
The Healy is an FDA-cleared class 2 medical device for relieving pain from acute and chronic arthritis and muscle (over)exertion.
